This is the first Diner's Kitchen granola, and the result of my efforts to replace a stick of butter in the original recipe with something a little healthier. I'm not sure that I helped with the calorie count, but there is no butter in this one! Made with old fashioned oats, peanut butter, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, local honey, cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, vanilla bean paste and always a dose of love to enhance the flavors. Great for munching by itself or your choice of fresh fruit and yogurt.
